• Transit Time: 3 to 6 business days (Monday – Friday) across standard carrier networks (USPS, UPS, FedEx).

6. Returns, Cancellations & Refunds

Customer satisfaction is important to us. We operate a clear, transparent return process:

• Return Window: You have 30 calendar days from the verified delivery date to initiate an eligible return.
• Restocking Fees: We charge a $0.00 USD restocking fee.
• Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items: If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours for a prepaid return label at no cost to you.
